Amunt Consulting

Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 27, 2026

1. Who we are and what this policy covers

Amunt Consulting is the name used by a group of professionals operating together for profit. The group has not yet registered or incorporated a company. References to “Amunt,” “we,” “us,” or “our” refer to the people operating this association and website, not to a registered corporation or LLC.

This policy covers visitors to amunt.net and related inquiries. Personal information handled on behalf of consulting clients is governed by the relevant service arrangements and, where applicable, the client's privacy notice.

2. Information we receive

If you contact us, we receive the information you choose to send, such as your name, email address, company, message, and any attachments or subsequent correspondence. Please do not send sensitive personal information, passwords, or confidential client records through the general inquiry channel.

The contact form prepares an email draft on your device. Entering details or preparing a draft does not submit them to Amunt or store them in a website database. Your email application handles the draft, and we receive it only if you send it. Your email provider may process drafts and messages under its own terms.

Our hosting provider, Vercel, processes technical request information to deliver and protect the website. This may include IP address, browser or device information, requested pages, request times, and security or error information.

3. How we use information

We use inquiry information to answer questions, discuss potential work, arrange follow-up conversations, and maintain relevant business correspondence. Technical information is used to deliver the website, diagnose problems, prevent abuse, and protect its availability and security.

We may also use relevant information to comply with legal obligations and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Sending an inquiry does not by itself subscribe you to a marketing newsletter.

4. Who may receive information

Information may be accessed by the Amunt team members who need it to handle your inquiry, and by providers that support website hosting, email delivery, storage, and security. The current website is hosted by Vercel; email is handled through the providers used by us and by you.

We may disclose information when required by law or valid legal process, or when reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety, or security. If the operation is reorganized or transferred, any transfer of personal information must remain subject to applicable law and appropriate notice.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. We use inquiries only to respond and follow up by email; we do not add them to a CRM, use them in marketing campaigns, or send them to AI tools.

5. Cookies, tracking, and browser signals

The current website code does not set analytics or advertising cookies, load tracking pixels, or use third-party analytics or advertising scripts. Fonts and images are served with the site. Hosting and security processing can still occur when you visit.

The website does not conduct cross-site advertising tracking. It does not change its behavior in response to the older Do Not Track browser signal. Global Privacy Control signals do not require an advertising opt-out action in the current implementation because it has no sale or sharing mechanism for targeted advertising. If these practices change, we will update this notice and provide any choices required by applicable law.

6. How long information is kept

We keep personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, taking account of ongoing inquiries or engagements, recordkeeping obligations, and the need to resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or de-identify it, subject to applicable legal requirements and backup cycles.

Retention of technical logs depends on the hosting provider's services and settings. You may contact us to request deletion of inquiry correspondence, subject to applicable legal exceptions.

7. Security and processing locations

The website uses HTTPS and security controls intended to protect information in transit. We use reasonable safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, but no online transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.

Our team and service providers may process information in the United States and other countries. Applicable privacy protections can differ by location. Where the law requires safeguards for a transfer, we must put those safeguards in place.

8. Your choices and U.S. privacy rights

You may choose not to contact us, omit optional information, or ask us to stop nonessential follow-up. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of information you have provided by contacting the privacy address listed below.

Depending on your state of residence and whether the relevant law applies to our activities, you may have additional rights to obtain a copy of personal information, opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling, limit certain uses of sensitive information, or appeal a denied request. These rights may be subject to lawful exceptions.

We will assess requests under applicable law, verify identity proportionately, and respond within the legally required period. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted, subject to verification of their authority. We will not unlawfully discriminate against anyone for exercising privacy rights.

If a request is denied, you may ask for review using the same privacy contact and the subject “Privacy appeal.” Where applicable, you may also complain to your state attorney general or privacy regulator.

9. Children's privacy

This website offers business consulting information and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it as appropriate.

10. Other websites and email services

If you follow an external link or use an email application, that service's own privacy practices apply. This policy does not govern unrelated third-party websites or applications.

11. Changes to this policy

We will post revisions on this page and update the effective date. For material changes, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required by law. A later revision will not override legal restrictions on how previously collected information may be used.

12. Privacy contact

Send questions, privacy requests, and appeals to the privacy mailbox below. Include enough detail to identify your inquiry, but do not send passwords or identity documents unless a secure verification process is specifically arranged.
